1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a binding agreement between you ("User" or "Player") and niatogel ("We", "Platform"). By accessing, registering for, or using any service provided by niatogel, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all provisions in this document.

2. Account Eligibility & Age Requirements

To register and use the niatogel platform, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements without exception:

• You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. Niatogel enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy on underage players and will immediately terminate any account where falsification of age is detected.
• You must register using your real identity. The use of false names, another person's identity, or any misleading information is strictly prohibited.
• Each individual is permitted to hold only one active account. Registering multiple accounts by the same individual is a serious violation of these Terms.
• You must not be subject to any legal restrictions that prohibit the use of online gambling services in your jurisdiction.
• You must not be an employee or immediate family member of a niatogel employee where such a relationship could create a conflict of interest in using the platform.

3. Account Registration & KYC Process
